The specially developed PLC integration block for Siemens S7‑1200 (from FW V4.0), S7‑1500, and Weber Ultrasonics generators with native Profinet interface turns a complex interfacing task into a clearly structured solution: quick to integrate, reliable in operation, and scalable.
The block provides validated process sequences, structured parameter channels, and transparent diagnostics. This reduces engineering effort, accelerates commissioning, and increases process reliability – from initial testing through to series production.
